It impacts our sense of self and our relationships. Guided Hope has providers with extensive experience and training in a variety of Evidence-Based Practices for the treatment of trauma. The Perinatal period refers to pregnancy up to one year postpartum. Did you know that 1 in 5-7 women and 1 in 10 men suffer from Postpartum Depression? Perinatal depression is the most under-diagnosed obstetric complication in America. Other Perinatal Mental Health Disorders include Anxiety, OCD, & Postpartum Psychosis. Guided Hope offers periodic virtual support groups for postpartum moms as well as individualized treatment. Guided Hope is dedicated to supporting children and their families through academic and behavioral challenges stemming from adjustment disorders, neurodiversity, trauma, and mood and anxiety disorders.
